Project Objective :
The application needs to be overwhelmingly SIMPLE. The solution that is the most SIMPLE from the user standpoint is the solution to use.
Challenges :
We need to add a new section where we can upload documents into the project. :
Our Solutions :
To come up with a solution we've developed the application in the following 3 modules : Home :- For the user currently logged in: 1) It displays the user’s tasks that are need to be completed for that particular day. 2) It displays welcome “user_name” (etc.) to the user. 3) It displays a list of all projects that the user is currently associated with. 4) Any item on the calendar that pertain to the person logged in. Contacts :- 1) This section of the application was designed in the similar way to the contact section of salesforce.com . 2) In this contact section, a form is present to collect all the informations as collected by salesforce.com’s contact system with a similar look and feel. Reports :- Weekly status report. Title Commitments added: - It will display all projects that do not have their Title Commitment ordered on the date on which the report is viewed. Survey Orders added: - It will display all projects that do not have their Survey Orders ordered on the date on which the report is viewed.
